Received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware, studied International Law at Uppsala University, Sweden, and received a Juris Doctorate from Delaware (Widener) Law School. Mr. Johnson was a government prosecutor until he entered private practice in 1998. He has authored numerous articles on immigration and international litigation, some of which have been published by the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. In addition, Mr. Johnson has been featured in a New York Times article, quoted by New York Daily News, and interviewed by CBS News on the topic of Immigration. He has represented large corporations, non-profits, and small companies in all aspects of immigration law. Mr. Johnson has spoken to business organizations in conferences around the world on the various strategies for immigrating and sending employees to the United States, and he organized the conference series entitled, “Investing and Living in the United States,” which has been presented in countries in Asia and Europe. Mr. Johnson practices federal immigration law exclusively and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is admitted into the United States Supreme Court, 1st-7th, 9th, and 11th United States Circuit Court of Appeals. New Jersey District Court and the State Bar of New Jersey.
Received a Bachelor of Arts from Long Island University, studied International Law at the Notre Dame School of Law in London and received a Juris Doctorate from Pace University. Mr. Garille was the United Nations Regional Operations Officer of the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina (UNIMIBIH), then transferred to be the United Nations Liaison to Tuzla Canton Interior Ministry, in Bosnia and Herzegovina; and finally worked for the United States Department of State in the Kosovo Diplomatic Observer Mission in Pristina, Kosovo. Along with his government background, Mr. Garille has been practicing immigration law for over 15 years and specializes in both business immigration and federal immigration litigation. Mr. Garille has litigated cases throughout the United States and handles complex litigation cases in the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals. In addition, Mr. Garille has extensive knowledge in employment based immigration as well as family immigration issues both in the United States and abroad. Received a Bachelor’s degree at Dhurakijpundit University (Thailand) and a Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Alabama Law School. In addition, Ms. Kaewcharoen received her Masters of Law at the University of Alabama Law School and was recognized for the “Excellent Achievement in the Writing of Law in the United States.” Trisha Kaewcharoen is a head of our Appellate Litigation Unit and overseas the firm’s litigation with all the U.S. Circuit and District Courts. She has successfully filed Writs of Habeas Corpus claims to release immigrants from detention, sued U.S. CIS in Mandamus Proceedings forcing the U.S. CIS to act on various immigrant petitions, and successfully appealed deportation orders in the Circuit Courts which eventually resulted in approved petitions and permanent residency for our clients. Ms. Kaewcharoen is admitted in New York State, and on the 2nd, 3rd United States Circuit Court of Appeals.
She received her Bachelors in Economics from Hofstra University in 1995 and her Juris Doctor from Touro Law in 1999. She has over 18 years of non-immigrant business immigration (E-2, H-1b, H-2b, L-1a, L-1b, O-1), and immigrant permanent residency immigration (Eb-1, Eb-2, Eb-3, National Interest Waiver, and Eb-5). She was awarded the Fellowship Program Award for her commitment in helping non-profit organizations. She has served as the Vice-President of the LI Hispanic Bar Association (2006-2008), was the Co-Chair of the Huntington Hispanic Task Force (2008-2009). She belongs to the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Huntington Bar, Suffolk County Bar, New York State Bar and Long Island Hispanic Bar Associations, LI Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and LI Peruvian –American Chamber of Commerce. She was admitted into New York State in 2000.
