The Law Offices of Andrew P. Johnson, PC was established in 1999 and is a Business Immigration Firm located in the Financial District in New York City. Our Firm has successfully represented both large and small corporations along with thousands of individuals in complex immigration cases. With our clientele of individuals, diplomats, small companies, Multinational corporations and United Nations affiliated non-profit organizations, we have the experience of representing clients in the United States and in embassies around the world.

Our Firm has filed EB-1 and EB-2 applications along with hundreds EB-3 permanent residency applications.
We represent large corporations who regularly file numerous applications for EB-3 workers. We also represent smaller companies filing for just a few EB-3 applicants.
Over the past 20 years, we have represented a wide range of different types of companies for the EB-2 and EB-3 process. For example, we have represented large engineering and logistics companies to small pizzerias and construction companies. The Law Offices of Andrew P. Johnson have spoken at conferences in various countries regarding the the EB-5 process.
We have represented numerous EB-5 applicants from countries around the world, and we have years of experience in the difficult task of establishing and tracing the source of funds from countries who have limited documentation based on their unstable banking structures and minimal tax reporting regulations. We have been asked to speak about the EB-5 program and other immigration matters to U.S. Ambassadors in Washington DC, and United Nations Ambassadors in New York City.
