
Trisha Kaewcharoen

Received a Bachelor’s degree at Dhurakijpundit University (Thailand) and a Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Alabama Law School. In addition, Ms. Kaewcharoen received her Masters of Law at the University of Alabama Law School and was recognized for the “Excellent Achievement in the Writing of Law in the United States.” Trisha Kaewcharoen is a head of our Appellate Litigation Unit and overseas the firm’s litigation with all the U.S. Circuit and District Courts. She has successfully filed Writs of Habeas Corpus claims to release immigrants from detention, sued U.S. CIS in Mandamus Proceedings forcing the U.S. CIS to act on various immigrant petitions, and successfully appealed deportation orders in the Circuit Courts which eventually resulted in approved petitions and permanent residency for our clients. Ms. Kaewcharoen is admitted in New York State, and on the 2nd, 3rd United States Circuit Court of Appeals.
